Car-O-Liner has worked with American Honda to create three levels of equipment packages that contain everything you need to reduce cycle times and increase profits. All three packages start with the same Bench and Measuring Components that make up the Basic 1 Package. From there, the package is enhanced to include EVO 1 & 2 Anchoring Kits to create Intermediate Package 2, and further enhanced to include EVO 3 Fixture Kits and truck clamping for the Deluxe Package 3.

Package Bench Components
BenchRack systems are designed to hold and lift virtually any type of unibody or full-frame vehicle, from small carts to light trucks, vans, and SUVs so you can repair each vehicle that enters your shop. BenchRack combines drive-on convenience with a hydraulic lifts, and removable ramps. Add to this the tilt feature, making loading easier when approach space is limited, and you have the most versatile repair bench on the market.

Package Measuring Components
The Car-O-Tronic Vision X3 electronic computerized measuring system is the most powerful system available. The sensor equipped Measuring Slide includes a built-in versatile remote control and protective rubber "bumper zones" to deliver real-time data three times per second to the advanced and easy-to-use software. Photo-based, and backed by the world's most comprehensive vehicle database, users can accurately and quickly target measuring points.

The measuring slide communicates wirelessly with the Car-O-Tronic Vision X3 software. Through sensors in each joint and a measuring head underneath, it delivers real-time measuring data three times per second. The built-in versatile remote control lets the operator manage the entire measuring process without having to be at the computer.

EVO 1, 2, & 3 - Anchoring/Fixture Kits
The modular EVO system contains a minimum number of components that are adaptable to be assembled in a multitude of configurations to address your repair needs. Featuring vice-like clamps for no slips, these universal kits work for every vehicle year, make, and model so you never have to pay fixture costs. Components can be used alone or combined with one another to handle every anchoring, holding, and fixturing situation so that you can repair each vehicle that enters your shop.

Anchoring, Holding, and Fixturing System

EVO 1 is made for basic anchoring. The basic system for anchoring, holding, and side support during the repair. The kit includes three towers, multi-purpose clamp, track plate, adapter with bushings, chain holder, downpull and torque bar for heavy operations.
EVO 2 provides additional equipment for anchoring, holding, and side support. It includes two extra towers and track plates, special tools for rear axle bracket, torque bar extensions and adjustable holders. It is the perfect addition to EVO 1, and when supported by the Car-O-Tronic Vision X3 electronic measuring system, the equipment works on most vehicle models on the market.
EVO 3 is made for building a fixture to hold a new body parts in place when welding and bonding. When combined with EVO 1 and 2, and supported by the Car-O-Tronic Vision X3 electronic measuring system, the equipment works on all vehicle models on the market.

Equipment Storage and Inventory Control System
Car-O-Liners WorkShop Solutions provide an organized inventory control panel, and allows you to store and hang various accessories and tools. Parts silhouettes ensure tools are returned to the proper location.

Truck Clamping and Support System
The Car-O-Liner Truck Clamping and Support System allows you to anchor and repair every compact truck, pickup, van, and sport utility vehicle - with holding power that far exceeds pulling requirements. It's an ideal companion to the BenchRack and Mark 6 systems and has set new industry standards for full-frame repairs.
