KW Products Inc. (KWIK-WAY) warrants each serial numbered Brake Lathe Product (this includes bench lathes, on-the-car lathes, power feeds and power drives) when purchased in a new and unused condition to be free from defective material or workmanship for five years from date of purchase. One year on labor.
Product Specifications

- Only use a Honda approved caliper mounted on-car brake lathe with proper Honda/Acura speed mounts. Hub-mounted on-car brake lathes are not an approved method. Never use off-car brake lathes on front disc.
- New front brake discs should be refinished on-the-car to avoid brake vibration.
- Always torque the wheel nuts to S/M specs. Driving the vehicle or refinishing discs with the wrong wheel nut torque can cause runout. Runout causes thickness variation in disc, and thickness variation causes brake vibrations.
- The use of a power drive is the preferred method to rotate the disc to obtain the optimum disc finish and save technician time. Without a power drive, the engine power can be used. Be sure the transmission is in first gear and the engine at idle, not fast idle. Refinishing with higher gears and speed will damage the cutting bits and provide a poor finish.
