Description

The ROB48920AT ACS machine will recover, recycle, evacuate, leak-test and recharge R-134a with an industry leading 98.5% recovery efficiency for standard and hybrid vehicles and fully automatic function. The new design features a large graphical display, automatic features including moisture vacuum evacuation, automatic refrigerant refill and automatic oil drain.

Automatic Oil Drain: A display reminds you to empty the graduated container to show the amount of oil to replace.
Integrated Vacuum Thermistor: Monitor evacuation progress down to 750 microns to ensure adequate moisture and contaminant removal
Moisture Leak Test: Monitors vacuum level after evacuation for 3 minutes, automatically restarts vacuum process if necessary, or informs user of possible leak
Electric Vehicle: Capable of servicing high voltage electric compressor A/C systems.
Clears charging circuit of oil: Dual purpose, compatible with PAG oil 134a systems and POE oil hybrid vehicle systems.
A/C System Flush: Flushes a vehicle’s A/C system with refrigerant, eliminating any residual oil or other liquid. (Flushing adapters not included)
Visual & Audible Alarm: Notifies the user when service is complete, or if a problem has occurred.
Automatic Air Purge: Eliminates system-damaging air without monitoring gauges or opening valves.
Automatic Refrigerant Refill: Maintains a user-selectable amount of refrigerant in an internal vessel and signals when it’s time to change supply tank, no monitoring required.
Vacuum Feature: Defaults to 30 mins, programmable up to 99 mins. “Remaining time” is displayed.

Extended Warranty

Three year extended warranty for dealers. Standard warranty is one year. This warranty does not apply if: The product, or product part, is broken by accident. The product is misused, tampered with, or modified. The product is used for recovering or recycling any substance other than the specified refrigerant type. This includes, but is not limited to, materials and chemicals used to seal leaks in A/C systems.

Part of the new SAE J-2788H standards eliminated the automatic oil injector. To inject oil into the A/C system a manual oil injector must be used.
Always use a dedicated oil injector for each type of oil (PAG and POE) to avoid contamination. Refer to the accessories listing above for the PAG Oil Injector and POE Oil Injector that are compatible with this unit.
The menu selectable hose equalization feature can also be used to clears liquid refrigerant from the service hoses after a performance test.
