NOTE: Lift adaptability must be verified by an authorized Rotary Installer.
The Rotary Lift Serial Number must be submitted with order. A good quality photo of the Rotary Manufacturer's Label that clearly shows the Serial Number is requested. Installation must be performed by an authorized Rotary Lift Installer. Rotary Installer will provide a written proposal detailing the installation costs. (2) Wheel Hangers (brackets and hardware). (2) ROTFA5966 Rear Wheel Hangers are also needed for (1) Rotary Accelerated Service 2-Post Fixed Pad Lift.

NOTE: For (1) Rotary Accelerated Service Inground Fixed Pad Lift, (4) ROTFA5966 Rear Wheel Hangers are needed.

Warranty

Two years on parts / One year on labor.

This Wheel Hanger Kit must be installed by a Rotary Authorized Installer (RAI) All warranties voided if installed by someone other than a Rotary Authorized Installer. Lift must be registered with Rotary Lift by a Rotary Authorized Installer who provides the installation date of equipment, warranty is then based on the Installation date. Otherwise, any warranty that is provided by Rotary is based on the Ship Date of equipment.
